Porcini cream is an indulgent spread made of wild porcini mushrooms blended with extra virgin olive oil until smooth.  Mix it into mashed potatoes, add to a burger or sandwich or just spread it on toast or crostini.  A tablespoon added to a pasta sauce adds a fragrant umami punch!
